1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all purchases made at Gaga Ceramics, whether in-store or online, and form an integral part of the contract between the customer and Gaga Ceramics, Florastrasse 23, 8620 Wetzikon, Switzerland.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable VAT. Product descriptions, including photographs, are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final product, as items are handcrafted.

3. Ordering and Contract Conclusion

Orders placed through the online shop are considered a binding offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when the customer receives an order confirmation via email or when the goods are shipped. In-store purchases are binding upon payment at the point of sale.
