1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• Switzerland and Liechtenstein
   

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

• All our ceramics are handmade, so processing may take longer for custom or made-to-order pieces. If applicable, we will inform you of the estimated production time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship with Swiss Post or a comparable courier service.

Switzerland  Swiss Post  Economy  2–4 business days

Switzerland  Swiss Post  Priority  1–2 business days

EU (optional) Standard International  4–10 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight and destination.

Examples for Switzerland:

• Small parcel (up to 2kg): CHF 7–9

• Medium parcel: CHF 9–11

• Free shipping on orders over CHF [e.g., 100] (optional)

You’ll see the exact amount before confirming your order.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

6. Packaging

We take great care to pack your items safely using eco-friendly or recyclable materials where possible. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, please inspect your package upon delivery.

7. Damage During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the packaging and the item.

2. Contact us within 3 days of receipt at gaga_ceramics@hotmail.com

3. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
